Daniela Potter Interior Designer

Daniela Potter

I am an Interior Designer based in Kent with experience delivering residential interior projects from concept through installation and styling.

My work focuses on creating thoughtful, characterful interiors through careful space planning, FF&E sourcing, material selection and styling. I enjoy developing cohesive schemes that balance beauty, practicality and the individual personality of each client.

Alongside my interior design work, my background in upholstery and bespoke furniture has given me a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, materials and finer details that bring a scheme together.

Project

Albania Family Home

The brief was to create a home that would serve two purposes: a comfortable family residence and a welcoming community space for volunteers staying for short periods throughout the year. The design needed to be practical, durable and highly functional, whilst maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for both the family and their guests.

My Role

— Interior concept development
— Space planning and layout design
— Mood boards and presentation
— Furniture, lighting and accessories sourcing
— Procurement coordination
— Styling installation

Design Approach

Inspired by the surrounding landscape, the interior scheme draws on earthy tones, natural materials and the understated beauty of nature. Warm timber finishes, textured fabrics and organic materials were selected to create a calm and welcoming environment that feels connected to its setting.

Design Outcomes

The kitchen and lounge were designed to serve as the heart of the home. The lounge offers comfortable seating, layered textures and practical storage — selected furnishings create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
